MWC March 24 live event
What a truly incredible show that had just about everything a wrestling fan could ever wish to get from a live event!
A talented array of immensely gifted and unique girls strutted their stuff and battled through 10 matches to the delight of lucky punters who made it on the day.
The weather may have been cold and grey outside but inside Monica’s Wrestling Centre, the action and the ladies were red hot and colourful!
The mouth-watering line up featured the long overdue return of the incredibly powerful Amazon Kassidy. She was joined by another British powerhouse in the form of stinging Scorpion.
This show also saw a bit of UK session wrestling history as it featured the first ever competitive live match between the gorgeous gifted pals Inferno and Jade!
We also saw the first ever visit to MWC of Welsh wonder babe Juicy, who battled horrendous traffic and a nightmare four hour journey from Wales to make it in time to compete in her first ever live show. She completed the Brit Pack!
No show would be complete without our friends from Bulgaria taking part and we were treated to the talented trio of Ace, Gayla and Combat Swallow, who continues to make a name for herself since recently joining the scene!
It was an action packed, exciting, breathtaking and a real treat to be a part of. Each girl brought their own personality and style to the event.
Competitive matches, enthralling contests and even a bit of needle to spice up the whole occasion.
If this is a taste of what’s to come at MWC this year, then 2018 is going to be one very special wrestling year indeed!

Kassidy v Scorpion
Kicking off live shows with an exciting match is something of a tradition here at Monica’s Wrestling Centre.
And boy, we weren’t disappointed with this one! The superb Scorpion went up against the stunning amazon Kassidy, who was making a welcome and long overdue return to our shows!
Despite that absence, however, we discovered gorgeous Kassidy has lost none of her power, skills or incredible physique.
But she found that Scorpion was more than able to match her talents which only made for an outstanding contest.
At the start, they sized each other up and slowly got to grips with each other as the battle warmed up.
But after battling across the ring for a short while, it was Scorpion who drew the first card after making Kassidy tap out to a well executed head lock.
It looked like Kassidy’s ring rust might be playing a part as Scorpion looked to build on her early success and get on top.
But class is permanent and it was the taller Kassidy who evened the score up with a vicious guillotine that Scorpion had no option but to tap out to.
And this certainly gave Kassidy a lift as she was straight back on the attack. Her efforts were rewarded quickly when a body scissor helped her edge into the lead.
Scorpion doesn’t just look good though, she is very good on the mats and this didn’t deter her one bit. In the second round, she evened the score with an arm bar!
They were so evenly matched and battling so hard that at one point they almost rolled out of the ring and on to the floor!
A winning submission came in the final round through a vicious bodyscissor. But who got it? Download this classic to find out!
Galya v Combat Swallow
We were really excited for this one as relative newcomer Swallow took on her fellow Bulgarian beauty Galya.
Not only did Galya have a bit of a size advantage over Swallow, she also has a lot more experience and it was clear that Swallow would need to draw on all that she has learned to help her compete.
Thankfully, that’s exactly what she did as the two Eastern Europeans produced a fabulous, intriguing match for the excited crowd.
At first it looked like this could be a total mismatch as Galya came out all guns blazing and overwhelmed Swallow with some fast and extremely skilled wrestling.
Galya raced into the lead with a choke hold and then continued to dominate with a series of holds and moves to stretch her lead further. Swallow was often left moaning in pain with her face contorted as a result of the punishment she was suffering.
Swallow isn’t a shrinking violet though and there is certainly no doubting the size of her heart. She continued to fight hard against Galya’s onslaught.
And these efforts were finally rewarded as the match went on with Swallow mounting something of a comeback, turning the tables on her compatriot and starting to make her submit.
Naturally, someone with the talent and determination of Galya wasn’t just going to sit back and make it easy for Swallow and she continued to attack.
The action was fast and exciting and both ladies showed exactly what they were made of to the delight of the fans.
But did Galya run out the easy winner or did Swallow stage a breath-taking comeback? Watch this brilliant match to find out.
Juicy v Inferno
This clash looked extremely exciting on paper and we certainly weren’t disappointed as Welsh wonder Juicy made her MWC debut by taking on the ever popular Inferno.
In fact, it was Juicy’s first ever live show anywhere and there was plenty of enthusiasm to see what she can do in the MWC ring.
And we were delighted to see she put a nightmare four-hour trip from Wales behind her to put in a stellar performance.
Inferno continues to get stronger after her broken leg and she was looking hungry for success at this event too.
All this resulted in a tremendous back and forth match that had everyone on the edge of their seats from start to finish.
Juicy was immediately given a lesson in Inferno’s flexibility and stubbornness when she tried to get on top, only to discover the English redhead can find many means to escape someone’s clutches!
The action was fast-paced and energetic which both girls showing their speed, strength and super skills throughout.
And there were submissions, of course! Back and forth the momentum shifted in this thrilling contest as they got all tangled and twisted up in the heat of the battle.
It was Inferno who drew the first card with an impressive scissor hold but Juicy came fighting straight back and squared things up with a perfect choke hold.
They then traded blows with head scissors, guillotines, body scissors and combinations to secure hard-earned points that resulted in an extremely close finish by the end of the match.
There was a winner but both gorgeous ladies impressed with their immense talent during a hard fought, competitive match that was wrestled in a great spirit!
Jade v Galya
There was a score to settle in this one as Jade and Galya met at a MWC live event for the second time.
Everyone was reminded how Bulgarian Galya got the upper hand the first time around and so Jade was determined to get her revenge and take the honours on this occasion.
And the Essex girl did exactly that as she exploded out of the blocks to startle her opponent and take control of the match!
Galya is a talented and very proud fighter and she did her best to fight back against the onslaught and put herself in an offensive position.
But Jade was determined and relentless and she took the opening point with a perfectly executed head lock.
And things didn’t improve for the Eastern European as Jade soon doubled her advantage with a guillotine and body scissor combination that was clearly as painful as it looked!
Galya’s compatriots were watching on and they started to vociferously offer their encouragement as she looked to not only contain Jade but to try and get back in the match herself.
The wrestling remained hard and serious with two proud and talented grapplers wanting to demonstrate what they can do and get an impressive win under their belts.
There were body scissors, figure four locks, arm bars and headlocks on show from both fighters But it was Jade who continued to dominate the match and leave Galya frustrated by not only securing submissions but by fighting hard to get out of any holds the Bulgarian was able to lock on to her.
So with the overall show scores between them all tied, who wouldn’t to see a rematch between these two babes at a future show?
Ace v Kassidy
The first match of the second half of the show saw the first appearance at this event from Bulgarian powerhouse Ace.
And she had a tough opening assignment when she was matched up against the returning English Amazon Kassidy, who had already impressed in her match with Scorpion!
With two powerful women in the ring, we knew this was going to be one extremely hard-fought contest and we were certainly not wrong!
You would have expected a bit of time to be spent feeling each other out and getting the measure of one another but they locked up quickly and set about trying to show the crowd who was the dominant wrestler.
Kassidy was quick to try to use those long strong legs through body scissors and figure four locks to try and get the advantage but Ace was wise to her moves and avoided them as best she can.
But Kassidy wasn’t to be denied and managed to secure the first submission through a breast smother!
Ace is made of stern stuff though and going 1-0 down wasn’t ever likely to deter her and she hit back with a nasty looking arm lock that had Kassidy giving very quickly.
And the Bulgarian then pushed ahead when she managed to execute a very painful locking ankle lock on her taller opponent which resulted in a loud and clear tap out!
The exceptional wrestling continued throughout the bout. There was one more submission which came via a very long figure four lock hold which had everyone captivated, waiting to see if the victim would tap or not!

Jade v Juicy
Pitting beauties Jade and Juicy together was a mouth-watering prospect and this had all the potential to become a MWC live show classic.
And once Juicy had finished trying to tuck her ample backside back into her one piece (“Sorry, it’s a bit short!”) and they got to work, our predictions were coming true!
They battled hard in the early stages across the whole ring and even almost went out of it at one point.
But it was Jade who struck first after she finally managed to subdue the Welsh wonder and trap her in a nasty little head scissor to force the submission!
Juicy is a strong and determined girl though and she was not deterred as she got straight back into action. Jade was getting the upper hand when she was sitting on top but Juicy skilfully managed to flip her over - much to Jade’s frustration!
The action was fast and frenetic and seemed to be bubbling along nicely when suddenly tensions boiled over!
Things kicked off with one girl accusing the other of kicking her in the head which brought a sadly premature end to the contest.
There is always a great vibe amongst the wrestlers at an MWC live show and its easy to forget that they are trained, competitive and extremely proud competitors. And these two certainly showed their passion here!
Galya v Inferno
Both Bulgarian beauty Galya and ravishing redhead Inferno had been in exciting and energetic matches earlier on in the MWC show so you’d have been forgiven if they were feeling the effects from those.
But if they were feeling the effects, it certainly didn’t show as they produced a rip-roaring classic full of thrills and spills and exceptional wrestling.
As well as being talented wrestlers, the girls are also skilled in judo and this provided an added dimension to the match with both girls attempting throws and other moves.
And after some back and forth action, it was Galya who drew the first card when she forced a submission out of Inferno with a nice grapevine and breast smother combination.
Inferno’s immediate question of “Is it me or do all Bulgarians have a great rack?!” suggested there are worse ways for her to submit!
But she was so straight back to business mode to level the scores. Galya actually took Inferno down with a throw but the redhead used her bendy legs to great effect to execute a head scissor that Galya was forced to tap out of.
And this set the pattern for the rest of this contest with both girls getting excellent submissions and neither being able to pull clear of the other when they were trying their hardest to do so.
The skills continued throughout. Tap outs were earned through wrist locks, head locks and body scissors. There was even a moment where one of the girls thought she’d earned a submission only to discover she hadn’t after letting go!
It was action-packed right until the end of this one with the winning submission coming right in the final throes of the final round to give us a winner.
But, in reality, the winners were everyone who got to watch there two gorgeous talents battle it out in a great contest!
Ace v Scorpion
As both of these powerhouses had each faced off against Kassidy earlier on in the MWC live show, it seemed apt to pit them against each other and see what happens!
Bulgaria’s Ace and England’s Scorpion are both very strong and highly skilled in jiu jitsuy they really were well matched up!
And this was evident right from the start as they locked up in round one and started trying to work hard to get the advantage.
At times they appeared to be cancelling each other out due to their strength and skill set being so similar!
But eventually, something had to give, and on this occasion it was Ace tapping out after Scorpion had locked her in a headlock and grapevine combination.
Such was the intensity that Ace needed a time out for a sore neck while Scorpion needed treatment for an accidental cut under her left eye!
But once these true warriors were patched up, they were soon back at each other and engaged in some seriously tough grappling.
They attempted smothers, head locks, scissor holds and grapevines as they fought across the whole ring.
Sweat was pouring off them and there was a hell of a lot of mutual respect as each recognised how hard the other was fighting in this extremely even contest.
It was undoubtedly a very technical and hard fought contest but also very sporting with both appreciative of the talents they were up against.

Swallow v Juicy
This one had to happen! Two hot girls making their MWC live event debuts and fairly evenly matched in terms of size pointed towards a great contest.
And that is exactly what sexy Swallow and gorgeous Juicy delivered when they took each other on.
Both ladies had already been involved in gruelling and dramatic matches earlier on in the show but this didn’t hamper the quality of this one - in fact, it appeared to spur them both on as each wanted to assert herself on to the other.
It was Juicy who did the early running though and was able to trap Swallow in a host of moves - particularly using those strong legs - to earn her a submission or two.
But Swallow is one determined girl and has the heart of a lioness and she fought back strongly to get her name on the scoresheet too.
Every time Juicy thought she was pulling away from her opponent, Swallow would swoop and claw back the deficit!
We saw body scissors, grapevines, head locks, chokes and arm bars as both girls gave it their all throughout the three rounds.
And there were plenty of submissions. The edge of the seat action and back and forth nature of the contest made for an extremely exciting contest.
By the final round, both girls were tiring but neither really wanted to give up! There was however a decisive winner in the end and to find out if Juicy managed to shake Swallow off or Swallow completely turned the tables on her rival, download this great match!

Jade v Inferno
A MWC live show always ends on a spectacular note and headliners don’t come much bigger than this one!
Wrestling best friends Jade and Inferno have never wrestled competitively against each other before until Monica paired them up for this eagerly awaited clash.
Such is their friendship, they were given strict instructions to make sure they wrestle properly and ‘go for it’ once the bell went!
And go for it they did. These two beauties proved why they are so incredibly popular, not just as MWC shows but also in the wider scene, by putting on a remarkable and memorable match.
Once they got over the fact they were facing each other and got down to the serious business of wrestling, all the moves and holds came out as they fought back and forth using every inch of the mats.
There were head and body scissors, face sits, arm bars and a couple of very proud and very determined wrestlers going for the victory. If there were any doubts about their seriousness, watch their contorted faces and cries of anguish as they desperately avoid tapping!
And it was Inferno who struck first - making Jade tap out to a vicious body scissor and breast smother combination. It came a millisecond before the end of the first round too!
Things heated up very nicely and even the dirty tricks came out with wedgies, hair pulling and one of the girls even ending up with a cut lip!
But it was all about the wrestling and the skills on show that we were treated to were immense!
The final round saw two submissions secured - one a figure four lock and the other a body scissor head lock combination.
